The Effects of Irrigation, Topping, and Interrow Spacing on the Yield and Quality of Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) Fibers in Temperate Climatic Conditions

The study was aimed at determining the most suitable irrigation schedule program for hemp grown fibers by using evaporation from free water surface (Eo), measured a Class A pan and related crop plant coefficient (Kc). experiment, carried out in Vojvodina, northern part of Republic Serbia, included three regimes: I1, I2, I3 corresponding, respectively, to daily an open two interrow spacings: RS1 (12.5 cm) RS2 (25 cm), topped (T) not (NT) variants. Kc values used calculation evapotranspiration (ETd) were 0.42 April May 1.00 (I1), 0.80 (I2), 0.60 (I3) June harvest. However, such are rare. Without doubt, mentioned region order obtain high yields good product.
